Description
In the middle of the Boston Public Garden is a small lake crossed by a mini suspension bridge. It is also the site of the Swan Boats, which are manually pedalled by a tour guide sitting within the large swan at the back of the boat. The Swan boats began operating in 1877 and tourists today can still ride around the lake. In this picture the boats are moored due to the rainy weather.
