The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
On the afternoon of Friday the 28th September 1917, the famous German ace Ernst Udet observed five Sopwith Camels of 43th Squadron patrolling somewhere between Vermelles and Wingles, France. They were flying lower than he was and he decided to attack against the odds. The Commander of the British flight, Captain Wynn, also spotted the aggressor. But even before he was able to warn the others, Udet zoomed in and shoot at the Camel of Lt Hood from 30 meters, bringing it down in flames. It was Udet�s 12th victory. After that Udet went on attacking Captain Wynn�s Camel, which after a short barrage of machine gun firing was bad damaged with fuel and oil tanks pierced and six cylinders out of action. But Captain Wynn was no rookie either and, as Udet flew in front of him, zooming out, managed to put some precise shooting on Udet�s Albatros that forced Udet simulate a spin out of control and crash land behind his lines. Captain Wynn also made it home in his bad damaged...
