When we were in London, it only seemed like we were in every station as we worked our way around the city! We visited some of the big railway hubs: Paddington, Kings Cross/St Pancras, Victoria Station. Perhaps not high on most people's list of places to visit, but I love the hustle and bustle of such places.
In contrast, after our visit to Paddington, we found the platform at the Tube station nearly deserted! It had a very 'old' feel to it.
