Description
When I looked over the fence at him, this very active bulldog pup was either jumping up and trying to give me a slobbery kiss or peering at me through the opening between two slats of a fence as you see here. The other shot was impossible to get! The title, "Bull's Eye", is a bit of a play on words, just for fun.

Great capture...This guy/girl could be thinking so many different things? Mysterious!

You have such an eye for perfect timing...Wonderful...:)
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
Thank you. Not much choice on this one. This was a very rambunctious pup and the choices were shooting straight down at him as he jumped up to lick my lens, of shooting through the fence. I'm glad you like the way it turned out.

This picture truly tells a story! :)
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
The story here is that this was the only way to get a picture - this active pup was all wiggles and licks and practically knocked me down jumping on me for a little extra love. Thank you for the comment.

Love this image of a bulldog longing for freedom, Nikolyn! The textures of the fence make it even more appealing. It's a beautiful dog...we used to have a bulldog and they have a special appeal for me. f/v
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
Appreciate the comment, Peggy. I'm so glad you like it, especially as you used to love one yourself. Thanks.

He has a beautiful eye and looks sad, wonderfully captured, great shot!.........v/f
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
He may look sad and I'm sure he would have liked to be out jumping up on me and licking my lens, but he actually had a nice yard to run around in and seemed quite happy until I came along and wanted to take his picture :) Thanks for the very nice comment, Sunny.
