Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
The Circuit Court for Harford County is a trial court of general jurisdiction established in 1851 by the Maryland Constitution. It is located in Bel Air, Maryland which is the county seat of Harford County. Along with the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, it is part of the Third Judicial Circuit and the Second Appellate Circuit and has six full time judges and three family law/juvenile magistrates. In addition, the court has four retired judges that are subject to recall. The mission of the court is to bring a fair, just and respectful resolution of matters before the court for citizens and the community at large.
Debbi lives in Palm Coast, Fl. Her emphasis is on every day places, people and things that are often taken for granted. Debbi is a former member and Marketing and Public Relations Chair for Arts by the Bay Gallery in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Debbi is a self-taught photographer born in Tampa, Florida where she spent her early childhood. She moved to Maryland in her teens and has lived there until moving to Palm Coast Fl in 2022. Being a former Floridian truly made an impact on her photography as she prefers to photograph tropical locations. She loves the peaceful happy feeling people get when they are on vacation and she loves bright and saturated colors. It brings a smile to her face and also to the people around her...but she also...
