I was disappointed that the image on this pouch was not very clear. The zipper doesn't work real well, either.

This painting belongs to the serie "Mujeres del pais de Abril" and is my homage to Florbela Espanca
Florbela Espanca (Portugal 1894 -1930). is one of the greatest Portuguese poets.
Forerunner of the feminist movement in Portugal, she had a tumultuous life, restless, transforming their suffering in intimate poetry of the highest quality, full of eroticism and femininity.
Florbela was different than Portuguese women of his time in tastes, studies, work, behavior and relationships with men throughout his life. Florbela was aware of this difference, and she felt proud and therefore superior.
I am a Portuguese visual artist, painter and ceramist, living in Chile. I have 3 children. I have had several individual and group exhibitions throughout my life. I participated in the 1st Andiamerican Art Triennial representing Portugal (1993) and I have exhibited twice at the Ralli Museum. I am a painting teacher at the Talagante Cultural Corporation and at the Penaflor Space. I work in a wide range of media, including oil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, pencil, photography, and mixed media. My artwork can be found in many private collections in Portugal, France, Mozambique, Switzerland, Chile, Nicaragua, Argentina, Australia, and England. All rights reserved. Excellent portrayal of the mood through facial expression and body language. I enjoy the painting technique in which the large areas of color are not flat, but richly detailed with texture. Very much a favorite. V/F/FB
