December 28, 2021 Dear Kelly Spicer, Thanks so much for your purchases of ‘Skiff Boat Quote. To update you, since the last notification I received from you. That you were still waiting to receive the Jigsaw Puzzle ordered on November 20th, 2021. Just off the phone with FAA customer service and they are working on the replacement of the first puzzle, apparently that was lost. According to the gentleman that I spoke with they are working on a replacement as of the 18th of December. The puzzle has to be created and it takes 7-10 days to produce the puzzle. Then it is 5-7 Business Days shipping. They have stated to me that a notation on ticket order to reach out to you per my request…to keep you informed from their Support Team and that it will take the team 1-2 days to update you. I am so sorry for the delay and appreciate that you are keeping me informed in this round about way. Since I am not on the shipping part of this and limited to what information allowed to have. That I understand. There is an old tracking number which you may still have and a new tracking number will be generated one the puzzle is made and then to be shipped. The last order was shipped USPS and it is helpful to have the old tracking number for reference when speaking to FAA Customer Service. Once it is shipped it takes that added on to the making of the puzzle. Merry Christmas Late and Happy New Year. Wish I had a magic wand to expedite it by waving my wand. Unfortunately I only had a picture of the puzzle I ordered for my daughter (Nov20) under the tree. If it wasn’t for the fact that this was the perfect gift for her (her favourite quote, she’s an outdoor enthusiast and loves doing puzzles) the incredible poor service I’ve received from fine art America would not bother me as much. As I mentioned in my phone call unfortunately my dissatisfaction reflects on the artist Susan and it shouldn’t. All I have asked numerous times is when will my puzzle be shipped. Honest Communication is key..Susan I apologize for commenting here(about the negative part ) My daughter is was very excited with her gift regardless when it shows up…but would you please contact FAA on my behalf again when you get a chance. Thanks Kelly ..She loved the zipper bag also!
