Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. About Ricky Haug
Hello, I'm Ricky Haug. I started oil painting in 1990, in an intermediate art class I took in High School. My first art creation was with charcoal pencils. I loved how I could take a thick line and blend it to an almost transparent mist on a sheet of paper. After experimenting with different techniques for shading, and found the one that really worked for me, I drew my first Landscape. I was pretty impressed with the way it turned out. I kept drawing for a few years, until I took up the intermediate art class in school. I wasn't impressed with the technique that was being taught so I experimented and watched the Bob Ross series and started using the wet on wet technique. I still enjoy drawing at times but my true passion is oil work....
