Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You†to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

The enterprise was modestly successful until materials shortages during World War I forced the plant to close.

My interest in photography remained although it did take me some time to eventually be in a position whereby I could purchase a camera which was a Minolta 101. I did for many years dabble in black and white photography in my home made darkroom and I spent many an hour there putting my skills to the test. Colour was also used and I mostly used Kodachrome or as it was known at that time slide film. Eventually I found myself in a position whereby film was rapidly becoming extinct and the brave new world of digital was making a heavy impact...

I just photographed my first Auburn last month! You captured it beautifully! Such an exquisite automobile.
Ian Ramsay replied:
Hi Gregory many thanks for your comment. The Auburn is certainly a stunning car and this is the first and only one I have ever seen. Cheers, Ian.
