The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
The European Honey Bee is found throughout Northern America and a common sight along Florida hiking trails. This is one of our most important native insects and unfortunately, is one of the most susceptible to the pesticides commonly used by homeowners. It's great to see these workers in abundance on the hiking trails. This particular bee was photographed along the trails of Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St. Petersburg Florida. While there are still pockets of concern that wild hives in Florida should be considered "Africanized", In our experience of hiking Florida, we have never experienced any aggression from the native Florida bees.
About Sean Green
I was born in Lafayette Louisiana and moved around the United States frequently as the child of a Navy Submariner. Much of my early life, was spent in San Diego and I suspect was instrumental in the development of my passion for Art and Science. When asked as a child what I was going to be when I grew up, my answer was always " I'm gonna be either an Artist or a Scientist".
