Artist's Description
This is a pastel of our family tractor. When I painted it the tractor had not been fired up for over 5 years. It now became part of the landscape introducing it's still metalic color and metal biology. Symbolic to it's use for over 40 years I painted it as the sun was going down. Several weeks later a collector purchased the tractor and it found a new home.
