I started drawing which progressed into painting. I studied film and design in college and began to incorporate my studies into my painting. I like to work with bold vibrant colors that juxtapose each other while trying to form a streamlined painting/design, but also be spontaneous. My recent work has been a mix between abstract expressionism/color field/geometric abstract. I want to visually stimulate viewers with my paintings, so I take specific steps to prepare each painting and carefully choose colors.
