The art exhibition at ICCR, kolkata was inaugurated with gaiety organised by Bengal Art Factory in the Nandalal Bose Gallery! The exhibition ceremonial lamp was lit by art collector Sri Kamal Parekh and SrI Aloke Das Gupta (poet). The occasion was also graced by Smt Susmeli Dutta and editor Smt Maya Siddhanta, the exhibition runs till the 9th June from 11 am to 7 p.m

Kolkata, West Bengal, India Dt: 05/06/2014 An art exhibition comprising of myriad works by various artists is slated to open at Indian Center for Cultural Relations(ICCR) on Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata (opp. U.S. embassy). The exhibition is due to be inaugurated at 5:30 p.m. Among the artworks, a painting done by Sourav Bose will also feature.The exhibition will continue till 9th June 2014.
Charukala Utsav Continues At Nandan
KOLKATA, WE - February 17th, 2014
From 14th February, 2014 to 23rd February, 2014 - Charukala Utsav (Art & Craft Festival) organized by West Bengal Charukala Parshad is going on at the Nandan complex in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Festival is held in two components - the Charukala Mela (Art & Craft Fair) is being open air where groups of artists have been allotted stalls to display their paintings and offer them for sale, and the charukala Exhibition which is being held at the adjoining Academy of Fine Arts where artworks selected by a panel of eminent artists are on display. El Dorado, a group of young upcoming artists mainly based in East Midnapore, a district in West Bengal, has put their artworks on display on stall 36. Mainly consisting of paintings both in oil and acrylic, and drawings, the group's members Debabrata Malakar , Sourav Bose and others have drawn attention from the visitors and have generally been appreciated by all. The Mela ends on 20th February, 2014.
An Exhibition Of Young Atists Opens
KOLKATA, WE - December 21st, 2013
"Absolute canvas" - an art exhibition organized by Bengal Art Factory was inaugurated yesterday at Gallery Gold in Kolkata. The honors were done by eminent author and art-critic Sri Prasanta Daw, in the presence of some reputed artists of Kolkata. The exhibition is an eclectic collection of artworks created by young and upcoming artists aspiring to make it big in the art world. It features two paintings by Sourav Bose - "Part" and "Gecko". The exhibition will be open until 25th December, 2013.
