I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

About Anne Norskog
Art is in the eye of the beholder. I will not write in the third person here. That sounds pretentious and, most of the time, inaccurate. Being in the last third of my life, it becomes clear good health is the finest gift possible. Again, nature provides the most beautiful inspirations. Walk into your own garden. Stroll a beach or a path in the woods. Watch the sun and clouds or a kitten playing with a piece of string. Pay attention to the faces you see...they each tell their own story. Create something wonderful that has a piece of your own heart on it. The emotions that drive us human beings also drive our art. The viewer is respectfully reminded my works are copyright protected. Please visit me often. Kindest...

Thank you Steven. That old ocean holds a lot of power. I was thunderstruck the first time I saw it and have remained so each time we visit the open ocean. It is a living thing with sound, smells, and beauty only it possesses.

Excellent job in capturing the subtle, defused lighting. Your art has a softness to it but you also convey the awesome power of nature, well done!

Thanks for the nice comment, Ron. Actually, this painting was done in January of 2007 so it is getting close to being two years old now. It was done entirely with two colors, lights and shadows and blending techniques.
