Western New York State, Southern Tier, Upstate, Allegany County, Andover, Town Line Rd. - Dividing the townships of Andover & Independence this road heads to the Steuben County Line. Our dirt roads are slowly disappearing and this little jewel still calls us back to a day that once was.
