The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.
Artist's Description
This artwork was inspired by the Australian Banjo Paterson Poem ''The Man from Snowy River ' about an " underdog" legendary bush rider and his tough little horse .How they galloped and jumped down terrifying slopes to catch " The Colt from Old Regret' a TB colt that had gone running with the brumbies ( wild horses).
I wanted it to have impact , be colourful and looser than my normal commission work - to just catch the action & feel.
