The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.

My Biography I love to paint! I love to see the colors red, blue, yellow, green, ultramarine aqua purple sky blue, flow out of my brush unto the gessoed board or heavy watercolor paper in thick oil-like acrylic or watercolor-like acrylic. Just see the colors sink and spread into colors only closely related to the scene I live in or dream about from an earlier life. Changing, ever changing, the scene. Changing the mountains, the flowering plum trees, the Queen Palms full with new birth blossoms and fronds hanging near orange trees full of fruit. Eucalyptus, sycamore, elms, apricot trees with blossoms or fruit or bare bones. No way are they real. Painted left-over from my mind's eye. To stare and fall in love again and again with the...

Hi Lily, I find your work fresh and original, with a charm if innocence I admire. Have you thought of publishing these particular drawings into a child's book perhaps? I think that would be wonderful. Btw I wish I had a lion too. ;-)
