I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.
Emericella nidulans fungus, color-enhanced scanning electron micrograph (SEM). This is the telemorphic (sexual reproductive stage) of the fungus Aspergillus nidulans. Telemorphic stages often have different names to the asexual stages. Seen here are fruiting bodies, or conidiophores. They are made up of chains of conidia (blue), or spores, the reproductive cells of the fungus. Magnification x830 when printed at 10 centimeters wide.
