The grist mill and distillery were extremely interesting. Just wish I'd been there when bottling was available for sale.

I know! They had some available but the cost was way out of my budget. Had hoped for a taste but that was a no-go too. I've read that it receives decent but not spectacular reviews. The history I've read on GW's distilling arts was that it was more to have a serviceable sipper rather than something for snobs to enjoy. In a way that's fitting to his nature!
