This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

... This beautiful glade
is in the heart of central Florida
in the town of Sebring
in Highlands Hammock State Park...
Cypress trees grow in the marsh,
their knees like gnarly roots
reaching into the swampy water.
This image was captured
at the end of the summer
on a misty morning
just after sunrise.
The leaves are a lush green
in contrast to the reddish bark
of the cypress trees.
There is a walkway that meanders
through this mirrored lake marsh.
It is so lovely and quiet
with just the occasional splash
of a turtle.
Lily pads decorate the fresh water
that reflects the tall trees
and low hanging branches
of the variety of trees
that grow along the watery trail...
