The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
Vascular graft surgery. Computer illustration showing the first stage of vascular inlay graft surgery. This procedure is used when the patient has artery aneurysms in larger blood vessels, such as the aorta. The damaged and dilated artery (red) is opened (centre) and a healthy section of another vessel (yellow) is grafted inside to strengthen it. The original vessel is then closed around the graft.
