Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Quite beautiful!
This is from a series I call START 'Since Then, A Return Trip'. A life altering incident happened to me November 2009. Needless to say, the creative aspect of my mind shut down, not off, the pilot light was still there. This series consist mainly of smaller works, usually done with colored pencils, ink, watercolor pencils, charcoal, crayons, acrylic and anything that can make a mark. They are of my usual fare of exploring techniques and materials, my 'what if' factor.

When I first saw this I said to myself.... this looks just like a shifting in the resolution of the vortex.... and sure enough that seems to be the connotation.
