Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

theirs is a glorious bond.
This mixed media collage was made from an unusual mix of materials: acrylic, wax pastels, ink, a painted recycled Bounce dryer sheet, torn paper, printed and painted cotton, and hand-painted watercolor paper, all mounted on canvas painted with acrylic. The main artwork (center) was carefully done on the dryer sheet (I used freezer paper as a backing to stabilize the dryer sheet) and then adhered it to the collage as a near final step in the creation process.

Angela L Walker replied:
I love to recycle where art is concerned... you should see me trying to jump up and down when I take something we used to throw away and make art with it. It really turns me on, girlfriend. Those dryer sheets and color catchers are the best! The possibilities are endless with those things... dryer lint is too challenging for me (don't have the patience); I do find make-up remover pads, coffee sleeves, and facial wipes a lot of fun too. :-) Thanks so much for stopping by to check this piece out!
