This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
God's covenant with Abraham is one of the most important events spoken about in the Old and New Testament. This painting represents my artistic vision, my interpretation of Abraham the Patriarch. He is calm, he is regal, he is imposing, he is intelligent, he is plain spoken and his eyes burn into the soul of our three most important religions. I chose to paint this portrait in an expressionistic style using oil paints on an egg tempera base. My brush strokes were large and decisive as I best wanted to characterize one of the most important men, a biblical hero in history.
