gorgeous waterfalls
in northern Georgia
is Amicalola Falls,
part of the Chattahootchee
National Forest.
Located east
of Elijah, Georgia
in the Blue Ridge Mountains,
the falls
is a huge tall drop
of rushing water
surrounded by lush trees.
There is a zig-zagging
wooden walkway
going all the way
to the top
and is a very popular
tourist destination.
Captured here
in the early Spring
after a morning of rain,
the fog was shrouded
in a light misty fog
settling on the crashing waters
against the granite rock face...
