The original photo was taken with a Cannon Mark 1 with a wide angle lens. The old car had been shot up with multiple shotgun rounds and lay, as you can see, in ruins. It was found on an abandoned farm in northern California. America has many abandoned farms across the country. This one may have occurred because of the drought which has been quite severe on the East side of the Sierras in California. This is the new American landscape in some areas.
