Description
Euphorbia is a huge genus of plants as disparate as the spurges, the hybrid poinsettias popular at Christmas, the desert limberbush, etc. This odd appleblossom euphorbia was photographed at Tohono Chul park in Tucson, Arizona. The tiny pink and white blossoms sprouting from smooth leafless stems were silhouetted against a dark pool in a stone grotto.

This is very intriguing, Bonnie; the dramatic colour exchange shows the tangled arrangement of its growing habit with much clarity ... :))

I'm not quite sure why but sometimes B&W images translate so much more than one in color. Such is the impression you've captured here. Beauty in 2 colors. Nicely done, Bonnie! l/f
