Description
I'm in Acadia National Park which is just about as far east and north as you can go and still be in the Lower 48 of the United States. This is Bass Harbor Lighthouse, completed in 1876 at a cost of $5000. It’s still in operation and tourists love it. It’s sunset though the sun has already passed the lighthouse.
