I loved the card. Message inside was perfect (just like I requested) Only comment - the picture seemed too large for the card (glue showing on the side) Next time I will down size the picture. I have ordered many cards from fineartamerica and have been very pleased with the artist selection and quality of the art. Paul Cutright

Lovely. Colors are true. Plan to purchase same image in a larger size.
Back in 1970,we took our first Motorcycle ride along the Big Sur Coast of California, and feel in love with this ride. Have been going to the area to camp and hike the mountains ever since. Have taken thousands of photos, and Nadine had painted many scenes from them. It can take months to create a painting like this one. From time to time she will take it out, work on it for a day or two, then work on others to give her a break... later going back to it.
By painting with acrylics, you can go over and over, and over an area until satisfied. Acrylic dries so fast in CA, its almost totally dry to the dry climate in minutes. It takes a lot of patience to do this, at times Nadine has worked on a painting for a year, bit by bit until satisfied.
Since then Nadine has painted many different areas along the coast, for many decades all she did was seascapes and then switched to animals. In spite of how good her animals are, many times wish Nadine would go back and do...

PS and the credit for the painting goes to Nadine. The system is set up to automatically add both our names. Sometimes forget to take mine out on her work, and hers out of mine. When coming across them. We use a technique Louis showed us, to get virtually an endless variation of color. It is described in some pieces, and in one of my Groups in detail. Believe it is in USA Artist News discussions. A few have tried it, and been pleased how much easier it is than they thought.
