We were driving back to Reykjavik after a midnight sunset shoot at Kirkjufellsfoss and stopped at the black church called Búðakirkja, or Buda Church. No, not related to Buddhism, 80 % of Icelanders are Lutheran Christian. I took this shot at 03:30 am, 30 minutes after sunrise. The sun was still behind the mountains.
