I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Located along the Canandaigua City Pier, which was constructed in 1848, are a series of 80 small boathouses clustered together near the shore. The small buildings, usually temporary daytime residences offering upstairs accommodations and boat docking underneath, are gaily painted in a multitude of hues and each sports an architectural flourish different from that of its direct neighbor. Several "water alleys" reach out like fingers from the old pier allowing each resident easy boat access to the lake. Some owners have built tiny porches and verandas from which they sit and watch the tourists, the water activity and the sunsets. A strict home owner's association prohibits people from actually living in these boathouses, but they are almost always a beehive of activity during the summer months. This row of some of the boathouses was taken in early June before the summer season was in full gear.

On walks with my dad when I was a child, I was taught to notice the world around me and appreciate the wonder of nature and all of God's creation.
