I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

These are Capsicum pubescens chili peppers which are found mainly in Central and South America. They are also called rocoto (from their Quechua name rukutu or ruqutu) or locoto (from their Aymara name luqutu) peppers. They grow in cooler climates and higher altitudes than other chili peppers.
