Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Original title: Looking north from Mt Vernon Pl
Photographer: Detroit Publishing
Location: Mt Vernon & Washington Pl, Baltimore MD
In early Baltimore a park was created right near where the first houses were built, it was called "The square" or "Mt Vernon place". Its not so much a square but four rectangles arranged like a cross, with The Washington Monument in the center of it all.
There are four parks, each looks different, featuring different statues. The park was originally designed in 1831, and over the years its changed. In 1850, they installed a large iron fence that surrounded each square. The north and south squares were redesigned in 1875 by a firm, the city liked them so much, they had the other two done in the same way. My name is Mike Savad, I create one of a kind images. Photo realistic, is what people think of first. I specialize in job themes, such as Pharmacist, Doctor, Firemen, Lawyer, etc. Steampunk is another favorite. I'm certain you will find something that you will like. My art is inspired by Norman Rockwell and Paintings from the time of the Renaissance. Be sure to visit my Scene in Color section. I expertly restore and colorize black and white images. See the past come alive with color. Each image is painstakingly cleaned and repaired, colors are researched and shaded in. Images are designed to coordinate with the rest of my collection. The past was far more colorful than you would have imagined. Want something fun to do? Sometimes I hide...

Nice image, love it. I've walked through this block innumerable times at lunch and I'm amazed that, aside from changing the sidewalks around 1940, the view is the same now.
