Our puzzles are made from premium 0.2" thick paper stock and include a semi-gloss coating on the top surface to make the image pop. Puzzles are available in two different sizes, and each puzzle includes a puzzle box with the artwork printed on the top for safe storage when you're not puzzling. The puzzle pieces are unique shapes.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

We are at the former site of the Metropolitan "L" bridge, its a rolling lift bridge built in 1895. It was designed by William Donald Scherzer, and its believed to be the first bridge of its kind, that was made for this location.
"It served the Metropolitan West Side Elevated, which consisted of the Garfield Park, Douglas Park, Logan Square, and Humboldt Park lines. Trains operating over the bridge used the Wells Street terminal or circled around the Loop elevated. CTA became the bridge's owner in 1947. Chicago Aurora & Elgin interurban trains used the bridge until 1953.
"CTA trains used the bridge until 1958 when it was replaced by the new rapid transit tracks in the median strip of the Congress Street (now Eisenhower) Expressway. The bridge and this portion of the "L" structure were then dismantled."
