I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

I'm unclear why they labeled this one with an exact date. Usually this company is really vague when they shot it, but this one was in Sept 1st 1900. Maybe there was an event?
In any case, this is South Wabash ave, the postcards of this one had random colors for the buildings, so I was kind of on my own. The buildings for the most part will all built in 1870-1885 range. The one on the left was originally opened 13 days before the great fire, terrible luck that. It took another 4 years or so to build it again. Knowing when it was built, I went with a peppermint bond (I don't know if that is the normal term, but its what I call it). I find this era liked to add stripes or sections of the building made of concrete and red brick. It added a lot of contrast, and went with that look for many of these buildings....
