Love it.
2D panoramic fantasy image of an alien landscape. The original photograph was captured at Nags Head, North Carolina on the property of the Bodie Lighthouse Station (Outer Banks). I took four shots of the marshland which was very dry at the time and merged them together for a panorama. I made this version with a curved horizon and manipulated the color, then added planets, moons, and stars.
I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005. Since I've been with Fine Art America, I've focused primarily on regular photography with a touch of digital manipulation to better compose the images and ideas. Each time I think I've reached a peak, I find myself crossing another threshold that challenges my abilities and talents while paving way to another plateau.
