The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.

About Jean Noren
My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible. Enjoy the photos.

Hi, Jean -- I decided to come have a peek inside *your* brain! Of course, I started with your 'Weird' gallery . . . which is full of awesomeness, like this wonderful piece! I suggest we set up a new type of 'Brain Trust', ASAP! :-)

Jean, very creative. A typical young elephant action - I am familiar with two around that age here!
Jean Noren replied:
Thanks Margaret, this guy was just adorable, prancing around and enjoying the day... although not in the clouds!
