Bought this for my horse loving granddaughter and she absolutely loved it. Fabric has a nice texture and inside pillow is good and fluffy. Delivery occurred in a reasonable time.

The dogs are hyped up, the hunters are plotting their course of action, and the day has been filled with stories of past hunts. It's a Southern tradition, from the alabama backwoods to the Florida swamps, both men, women, and children play a part in this drama about to unfold today, a drama that's taken place for generation after generation. I want to capture this awesome tradition in a way that anyone who sees the painting can get a good vibe and connection with it. A connection that says they have also been on a hunt just like this, so the fact that some say the dogs will never be that close to the deer, or that maybe the dogs will be right on the deer's hill, or that you would never see the dogs, it really doesn't matter, but the fact that the paintings shows the tradition as it happens, is what really matters.
Welcome to my gallery. I am Daniel Butler, born in Okeechobee, Florida. I have been, since I was old enough to walk and comprehend my surroundings, interested in the wonders nature constantly provides. My father Hall of Fame/ Highwayman artist "Robert Butler", was the main influence in my desire to become an artist. I remember fondly the family outings we all [11 of us], enjoyed so much. Hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking were activities we looked forward to after school.
