Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

John Garland Tyson is a 3rd generation artist featuring tropical aquatic and other natural environments. Original paintings are created with mixed medium on wrapped canvas. He has been an elected member of the Laguna ART Group and has participated in Laguna art walks in Laguna Beach Ca. He was one of 8 artists featured in their ad in the June/July issue of the Laguna Beach Magazine (the art's issue). Self-taught after observing his grandfather and father paint, the paintings are totally created from his mind, the environment is created first and then the wildlife is added.
