Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
I sure enjoyed painting this view of the South Saskatchewan River as it traces a path below the bridges of Saskatoon. The river valley is one of the features that makes our city unique. It has been a treasured gathering place for Saskatonians for years – and will be for many years to come. At 22" x 14" (unframed) this is one of my larger paintings. The matted and framed original is available for purchase and currently on display at Government House in Regina.
