The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.
About Paul Freidin
The Art of Paul Freidin Abstract Expressionism and Beyond Born during the Great Depression in Los Angeles. Started drawing as a child during Word War II. Formal art training at Chouinard Art Institute, Los Angeles in the 1950s. Earned a B.A. and M.A. in Anthropology at California State University, Los Anegels in the 1970s. Held various jobs including Jazz saxaphonist, truck driver, silk screen printer, industrial photograher and technical writer before becoming a full-time artist in 2003. Moved to Southern Nevada in 2004 where he lives and works today. I was greatly influenced by the music of Charley Parker, John Coltrane, Miles Davis and other Jazz musicians for their improvisational spontinaeity. I try to use these...
