False acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia) flower cluster. These are the fragrant flowers of a deciduous tree in the pea family which flowers from late spring to early summer. It is native to North America though it is often planted as a street tree and has become naturalised in many parts of Europe, particularly in the south. It flowers are particularly attractive to bees because they produce nectar. This species is poisonous.
