This photo was taken at the Arlington Airport air show. This parasail pilot was part of a stunt during the air show in which the annoucer was telling the audience that he shouldn't be out there flying while aircraft are doing there stunt show. The planes would fly close and the parasail pilot would release pyrophoric decoys as if being fired upon. He lands safely and lives another day.

My love for photography began when I was very young; as the photo shows me reaching for dad's new Leica camera. My 1st camera a Kodak, was given to me by my father back before grade school. The camera even had film in it. The only thing I remember about this camera was that you viewed through the top. Dad was a professional photographer most of his life. So you might say that I have inherited my father's eye to see the beauty of this world. I want to dedicate this page to my best friend, who is also my wonderful wife, Phyllis.
