The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.
Artist's Description
I went to an art festival in Cumberland, Ky. and painted this series of paintings "Festival in the City." I abstracted the shapes I saw and gave them imaginary colors.
Even though you did not see someone build these buildings, you know logically that someone designed and constructed them. In the Bible at Hebrews 3:4 says: "Of course, every house is constructed by someone, but the one who constructed all things is God."
About B L Qualls
My mother was an artist. Before I can barely remember she drew black lines on a paper and I colored in the spaces. So I was learning non-objective design before I knew what the word meant. I learned watercolor landscape from books while I was in high school. I was taught abstract and non-objective painting, photography, weaving and 3D design Kutztown State University. I began digital art in 2000. I do a variety of work landscape, abstract and non-objective. Every time I paint I do a whole series which are entirely different from any previous work.
