Description
Flora’s Holiday, a surreal landscape, features bits and pieces of photos I took while traveling in Italy with my husband. All the flowers, however, are from photos I took in my garden. (The mass of flowers under the central figure, as well as the scattered flowers in the background, were put together bit by bit from innumerable digitally isolated blossoms from many different photos.) The large purple lisianthus behind the central figure is one of my favorites, and it was the inspiration for a large watercolor painting.
