Description
About the Art:
Although many living things on our planet may seem unnecessary and insignificant to many, all living organisms have a purpose – both physically and spiritually. Eastern cultures especially, have been keenly aware of nature, the earth, and its connection to humankind. Even from the most terrifying creature and the most fragrant flower to the meager grasshopper, all life forms on our planet deserve appreciation, respect, and our love. We are all linked in this great, everlasting circle of life. The ancient Chinese and Japanese reverence for the grasshopper of good fortune and the beautiful wisteria tree are portrayed in this Spadecaller digital creation.
“Grasshopper and Wisteria,” is a digital painting created in Spadecaller’s Florida Studio on 3/19/2021.
