Thanks for the comment Liz. In Galveston there is a horse business where you can rent horses and ride .... hum? I thought on the beach but I have never noticed any horse poop on the beach. I assumed that they would ride in the water since you see so many wanting to do that.

Thanks Jan. Perhaps your gelding trusted YOU and was not afraid. I have been on the cross country course with the beginner riders and their horses refused to go in the water. My daughter told me typically they dont like it. Thanks Karol.
