Description
As evidenced by the dark sky, a late afternoon thunderstorm was impending but it never materialized. Instead the sun, very low on the horizon, broke through the clouds and illuminated the concrete silos and white stucco shed, found on the west side of the Rio Grande valley in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Hi Nikolyn~~Congratulations on your win in the 'In-House contest' for the Wisconsin Flowers and Scenery group! A beautiful contrast between the ominous sky and the sunlit silos- we often get dark skies like that, too, and then it all dissipates!! F&L!!

Love the storm clouds and flower details. I haven't seen rural Albuquerque. We need to get off the highways there.

This is on the property of a very nice bed and breakfast and event place - beautiful area. Thanks for the look and comment, Priscilla.
