I had a metal print made. The colors are vibrant and shiny like glass which is what I wanted for my 1/2 bath

About Lynda McDonald
As a child growing up in Kansas, I started drawing in elementary school but formal art training was never offered. I took lessons from local artist Joan Daugherty in the 80's and sold most of my work at local art shows but gave up painting until last year when a friend insisted that I try it again for fun during retirement. The excitement of painting again has created some unusual mixed mediums with unique results. The love of oil painting is still my favorite but I continue learning different styles, including watercolor and encaustic wax. I recently studied basic watercolor with Susan Gardner and advanced acrylic studies with Deborah Crane-Foote.
