This painting is from a photo I took at dawn in Endo Valley in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was so beautiful to watch the grey-blues turn to pinks and peach hues as the sun slipped down the off the peaks and was reflected in the mountains and snow and gave the illusion of warmth. Winter sunrises in the Rocky Mountains are so magical.
